  : The apts are a bit datedThere is a kitchenette but only microwave available, faucet and water boiler. Having a portable burner for cooking is extra, they can bring one for you at a cost, but then there are no pots or pans or cooking utensils. It should not say kitchenette in the ad.

  : Roaches in bathroom and kitchen, suite need maintenance has a smell, daughters lost cell staff had same on person never return to front desk, find my phone shows they attempted to use same I had to track cell directly to staffWhen question they demanded that to be more responsible with a attitudeStaff previously disrespected a family member.A gardener was more helpful than other service staff.

  : We lost energy the night we got into the property , we called the service desk and none came to fix it until we left the property , didn’t have a way to charge our phones and some Rooms with no lights .Other guests were smoking inside the building we a call reception and they didn’t care to check , we have two small children that couldn’t sleep with the awful smoke smell .. not good customer service

  : Service was not as niceOur booked apartment lacked basic items in the kitchen, warm water for showering lasted for one person only, considering it was a two- bedroom two/bathroom apartment, service was ok, but the value was too expensive for what what was offered

  : The staff was kind and helpful.The suite fit 4 people quite well.Comfortable beds and sofas.
  : We booked late checkout at 3 pm and the keys and Wi-Fi were disabled by 8 am that day.We ran out of water for a few hours in the morning.The room differed from the pictures. The Wi-Fi connection was good only in the living room.Breakfast is not worth the 10 dollars per person it costs.

  : The rooms are very old and not clean , they need to do a deep cleaning the bathroom need more deep cleaning this place looks like a two star hotel, the swimming pool not temperate very cold water it’s winter and they needed to heated up.
